I had a bit of a rough week last week. It definitely threw me off a bit and I totally let this go. I admit I did choose sleep over writing and fun and so many things!
It's definitely not the most glamorous life yet, the life of a brand new Chef, but I do love it! The late nights, way too early mornings, and even the still hot naps in my car on a random Boulder street. I have a few things cooking, (yep I went there) that will hopefully turn into me moving much closer to the new town I call home: (I'm in Boulder every day of the week!).
PS the pastry kitchen made these......
SOOOO TERRIFYING!!!!
