More cutting today, we are getting it down, definitely have some casualties so far! We have effectively cut up enough onions and carrots to feed an army, good thing we are making stocks tomorrow! I can't wait to get some cooking going! Knife skills are extremely important, but days of cutting definitely starts to drone on, I've always wanted to be able to make my own soups 100% from scratch.
Off to bed now, these 20 hour days are going to eventually become insane, it is already hard enough to wake up... I will definitely get a better day of posting tomorrow night, I have a bunch more to share!!!
