Cutting the impossible...



It is nearly impossible right now to cut a carrot into Fine Brunoise. 1/16th of an inch cubes are so tiny! It's definitely helpful that we have a super cool ruler/cheat sheet that explains all of the basics. I will be using the hell out of it in the next few months!

I'm also pretty sure we cut like 30 pounds of potatoes and carrots today, definitely want to make a soup out of that!
